Hello this is Marita Hazeldene, VP - Client Services. We strive to create an environment where all employees feel valued, supported, and fulfilled in their roles, so it is disheartening to learn that we fell short of your expectations. We value the feedback that all employees, past and present have to share, and I want to take some time to address your thoughts here.
Employee development is an integral part of our culture, and giving our people the opportunities for growth is something we're proud of, providing the tools and resources everyone needs to shine. However, your comments on the working environment are deeply concerning, it is never our intention to make employees feel undervalued. I also acknowledge that the level of speed at which we operate to support our clients can often be challenging, and we are continuing to offer support to ensure workload is manageable for all employees. Ultimately your wellbeing is the most important, and we actively encourage time away from the office with global "days away", birthday and anniversary time off to help your refresh and recharge for a return to work.
