An actual traumatizing period of my life regardless of all the pros… upper management kills everything, zero trust and looking out for employees, ridiculous decision making that does not make sense even from an efficiency perspective, zero understanding of power imbalance… let’s not even talk about the fact that there’s an entire DEI team but they “measure” diversity by percentage and give the actual experts absolutely zero power to make any changes….. they ostracise you for speaking out about anything, many employees experiencing burn out with nothing done to improve it even though everyone is well aware
