Deliverect has an amazing product that really helps its customers -- which isn't something you can say about all companies. You truly feel everyone's excitement for what we do, for example in the weekly company-wide sprint demo calls. The People team did a ton of work last year on HR processes with an employee-focus, from industry benchmarked salary guidelines, performance review processes, career progression steps for different roles, as well as fun company events with goodies delivered to employees' homes. The company has also built its own leadership training programme, to ensure common values and management practices are shared across teams. I personally feel the employee-focus and have received support from the People team, my manager and the co-founders when I've needed it. My absolute favourite thing about working at Deliverect is the amount of new things you can learn and do here. We're in hyper-growth, and even the craziest marketing ideas are possible. There is a lot of support for each and everyone's input across the company, but with the freedom also comes the expectation to run with your ideas: we're a company of people getting things done, and if you think something is worth taking live, you're in the drivers' seat!
