I worked for a startup that FNZ invested in, NatureAlpha. Biodiversity is now on the radar of many companies, so it's an interesting field to work in.
Minpunten
The pay rate was very low, always very slavish work hours (most evenings and weekends in addition to all mornings and afternoons). In the end, they had trouble paying me. This instability of not knowing whether I would be paid or not, or when I would be paid, was very off-putting, especially as they would usually "ghost" me if I tried to get an update. Truly unprofessional (at best).
