In the interviews they pretend that it's super family friendly, also for new parents. In reality, it is expected to ramp up super fast, there's no training on how to handle a new parent and there's pressure until either you burn out or leave. Apart from that, there's no team spirit, everyone is for themselves with some superficial drinks and team events. In the day to day it feels like a team of freelancers, you are expected to work isolated and figure everything out independently.
