Disconnected from other workers. HR only worries about the likelihood that you abandon ship. Easy interview, low technical level. Nonsensical decisions. High turnover. Company policy is not to mention people that is fired or leaves. One day their account is disabled and managers say "he is no longer with us", no explanations why.
