-Still operates like an Israeli company, not a global one. -Israeli colleagues make it the most toxic work environment I’ve ever seen. Bullying, not taking responsibility, and taking months to complete a simple task. - favouritism: better perks for poeple in the same position. -no vision for the future: lack of R&D and no business plans.
