Company is not good financially, management and the leaders are incompetent and never lets you voice your opinion even if you are good at what you do. No benefits not even commuting to the office. Everyone is scared to speak up. If you have a choice to join, don’t.

1. Stressful work environment with constant pressure and lack of support. 2. No benefits, no pension, bonuses, transportation or meal allowance, annual or inflation raises. 4. Salaries below average and payments are frequently delayed. 5. Minimal investment in technology always opting for free or cheap tools (e.g., cloud services, Slack, documentation tools, CI/CD). 6. No budget for personal growth,no funding for learning, courses, or books. 7. Mandatory office attendance 3 days a week without transportation or meal allowances, making commuting costly. 8. No clear roadmap from the management and owner
