Where to begin?
Maybe with the fact they lied to me in the very beginning?
They lied about the fact I was being outsourced to them. Only found out when I signed. Lied about the fact I was getting a car and health insurance.
The pressure they put on BDM's is crazy. The training is 3 days and of very bad quality and then you just have to do it on your own. You are trained to cheat and betray Homeowners. We tell the HOs we take 25% while actually we take 35% or more. We let them sign contracts and then adapt them. There is no an investigation against them and I'm sure this will be the end of OYO. They play with people's careers. Since I started 8 out of 16 people in my team got fired within 3 months without any notice.
We had a very good manager who was working in the Belvilla brand for 15 years, but he is getting slowly replaced by a very incapable agressive manager who works there for 4 weeks and does not know anything about the hospitality industry and has very poor managing skills.
I still not believe the things I've seen over there. It's one big scam.
