I love how ambitious orderchamp is and everybody works so extremely hard, which is clearly shown in the growth this company is experiencing. The team is young and the energy can be felt throughout the all teams. The informal culture with weekly drinks make this not only a challenging company to work for with high targets and pressure, but also a fun company to meet energetic young coworkers. Within our team (development) we work very iteratively. Continuously deploying straight to production can be challenging but also very rewarding. The company is growing and changing so quickly that new positions open up continuously and we can truly grow ourselves within the company. My manager actually helps me to develop towards the next level, which feels rewarding.
Minpunten
I love how quickly we develop features and roll out changes, but it is sometimes difficult to focus since we want to do everything well, but also do a lot of things at the same time. It can definitely be stressful at times, but if you have a drink on Friday at the bar and review the week, it is pretty amazing what we are able to pull off. The financial compensation could use some work.
