Minpunten
The company is chaotic and unorganized, there is no clear definition on what the goals and priorities are. At any given moment in time there is an overall sense of stress, which is caused by the fact that the organisation is a mess and there is no clear definition of the roles. Priorities change every day and the business case itself is not entirely clean. The compensation package is poor to say the least. Low bonus, no option plan (which should be expected in a company at this stage and with so much risk involved) . Some senior managers are bosses, not leaders. Very little attention to work/life balance.
