      Writing from the perspective of the slightly smaller branch office I've very much enjoyed: - Team dynamic - very international and highly educated people - Trust and responsibilities given even to someone quite junior - Freedom to shape the role outside of the core activities - for example by taking part in CR/Diversity or other committees - speaking to some of the most inspiring people around the globe - learning about the various areas that these people work in
