Great for learning, bad for saving money.
Pluspunten
Good for learning and to get to that next good opportunity, but not good in a long run since there is not a lot of progression opportunities. Get involved in many different exciting science and attend regular internal seminars.
Minpunten
A lot of responsibilities, and if you are a bit of a workaholic and determined to succeed you can easily burn you out. While pay is better than some universities it is still vey low and if you want to be able to afford a house in Cambridge, you will not be able to working here for a while. Scientists should be revarded more, they should be proud about not only the job they do but also about their life quality which comes down to money to support family. Would have loved to stay in research if they pay was making me proud of what I do.
