      Pluspunten

      Supermicro has provided many opportunities for me to learn and deepen my knowledge and experiences. I have had the chance to stretch in my role and take extra responsibilities which has further developed me into the next career step. The diverse culture has always felt like you belong to the company no matter your differences. There are amazing and very smart colleagues within the company that makes the days go by faster.

      As it is a very agile and competitive industry, the workload tends to be higher . Certain conditions can be inflexible.

      Freedom to develop with good guidance from floor leadership. Work is not too physically intensive. No constant micromanaging by floor leads. Good secundary benefits, breakfast and fruit from the company everyday. High trust towards employees. Good ammenities in and around the campus. Culturally diverse. Safe enviroment to work

      Hierarchically stiff regards changes in cross-departmental protocols. Slight “island-mentallity” between departments. Workload can be different and unpredictable from day to day.
