I really enjoyed my team, the culture and values of the company. I learnt a lot from this company culture and from my colleagues and manager. I always found reasonable and helpful people in the teams close to me, that made my daily work life easier. Being a small team, there were many projects to take care of and grow opportunities. It was a perfect start to learn a lot of the HR field at the start of my career.

Minpunten

As a scale-up the work pace and pressure of the people team was almost always high. At the time I would have appreciated different benefits but maybe something changed over the time.

A very human company, which not only has written down values, but actually lives by it. I've been here for 3 years and like working here. The colleagues are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about what they do.

Minpunten

The energy market is not great right now, this brings a lot of pressure working here.
