Pluspunten
Great office in Amsterdam, and the international culture is something I really appreciate. Textkernel takes care of their employees, especially when I compare it too other companies that I worked for. There are so much learning & development opportunities, with a lot of room to grow. My amazing colleagues make it fun to go to work everyday. Cross-functional collaboration happens a lot, which is great to also explore other departments. The cherry on the cake is the yearly Innovation week, this hackaton week is something I never experienced before and so much fun.

Processes still need improvement, not everything is clear and that really needs some work. Also we could have less meetings.
