Full of activities, lots of communication about what is happening in the enterprise, good advantages

Minpunten

Lots of reorganization these lasts years, they lost the family culture it was before, more individuals, forcing employees to go back to work even if it wouldn’t be needed for the job some are doing better from home, always have to fight for your salary or to progress, once you’re leaving the company, that when they call you to offer more. There’s no equity for those who are loyal. If I left and came back, I’m pretty sure I would be paid more as newcomers are already paid more.
