Way below market pay, thou, they host a lot of party for the year end and summer but seems like they use that instead of raising employee pay. Lots of difficult customers and escalations due to inexperience consultant and lack of soft skill training and inexperienced hire. With recent merger and buyout of the company, lot of benefits were taken away. Lack of support from PM and Management when there are issues from client. Lot of projects coming into the pipeline, but the company is not very centralized in consulting practice which cause a lot of issues and high stress when dealing with clients.
