Benefits are ok, as is salary. Generally colleagues are helpful and nice.

Minpunten

We have major pharma companies starting to leave due to very poor management. All processes are a mess and difficult to navigate. They need to reconsider the strategy and invest in unified systems. Staff turnover is high.
