From a design perspective, my experience at Snapwork Technologies has been very positive. I’ve had the opportunity to work on a variety of products and solve real user and business problems through design. The role has given me ownership over the design process, from understanding requirements and defining flows to creating UI and collaborating with developers during implementation.

Overall, the company provides good exposure to projects, technologies, and stakeholder interactions. There are strong learning opportunities, while improvements in communication, planning, and career growth processes can further enhance the employee experience.

I do not have any specific dislikes at this point, as my overall experience with the company has been positive and rewarding.
