Where many hotels and restaurants will make staff work 12 hour days, CitizenM makes sure you work 8 hours(maybe sometimes 10/20 min extra) a day, and that you have minimum two days off each calendar week. Salary is significantly higher than in most other hospitality companies, and you also have a chance to earn almost 20% of your salary in bonus.

There are some colleagues who take advantage of the fact that CitizenM respects labor laws. This means they will take many sick days as well as try to get away with little effort and take advantage of colleagues who are willing to go the extra mile.
