Some good staff, motivated and talented. Lot's to get your teeth into. Good (from the ground) vision of where things need to go. Good financial rewards if you survive the bullying.
Minpunten
Bullying in the workplace is endemic, top down. Top talent leaves at an alarming rate. Sales tops all, even the ability to technically fulfill sales. You're "expected" to work til you drop, with left-field management requests constantly derialing progress and blowing your hours to 12++ a day. Did I mention the endemic bulllying?
