Afcours we are human and there is always a chance of doing mistakes... I was delivering my parcels and suddenly i found that one of my parcel is missing in my van.. without getting panic I got our support and they replied i have scanned the parcel i should search in my van may be it mixes with others. And when I searched with other parcels it was there it was tiny and mixed with others. So i found it and give to the customer.
