Answered all the questions, none of the questions went unanswered. Mostly they will look for long time commitment. I feel like hr of this company are not sensible enough, they will invite you for the interview making false commitments and after clearing all the rounds a totally new hr will come in picture and will offer you flat 30% hike on your current ctc, showing all his/her limitations industry standards and bla bla... If u r looking for a good hike dont go for interview else if u r looking for a 30% hike and stable career then go ahead.
