My negative experience came not from the interview itself, but the follow-up. I did not get the job, which is fine. Staff at NTC determined I was not the best candidate for the role, and that is just fine. However, I was never notified of this decision and my follow up communication was ignored. I was disappointed in how unprofessional that was.
