First round was an Introductory one and went well. Second and Third rounds were based on the JavaScript, React and Machine Coding. Got a positive feedback from second and Third round. Got to know from Consultancy that there will be final round with CTO but after waiting for more than 10 days got a rejection mail without any feedback. HR team did not bother to explain this decision. They even did not answer the call of the Consultancy.Candidate invest a lot of time in the interview process and hence this kind of Decision making after the positive feedback from the tech rounds is not good at all.
