There were several questions about knowledge management which the interview lasted to one hour. However, the hiring manager gave me two questions that i needed to respond two days later: "understanding of the role and the value-added contributions that i can potentially make".

I responsed enough to give him what he wants without giving too much details. He never bothered to confirm receipt of the email and he was extremely arrogant even during our interview. In all honesty, why would i want to give a detailed response so that he can use my strategy to implement for his own team. I think they need to do much better if they want to attract talent

Well, my suspicion was right. I just read a review from a manager that Kering has a habit of ghosting people. They jusy invite "candidates' to get their ideas knowing that they will not hiring them.
