I mentioned Keysight as one of the brands of Test Instruments that I know. I further elaborate that Network Analyzer test signal at each frequency separately whilst Spectrum Analyzer detect signal simultaneously across the set spectrum range and I also explained that oscilloscope is not capable of seeing multiple different signal frequencies at the same time as a NA or SA can.
