They do use the "STARs" interview process
Anoniem
The STARs model is very similar to behavioral interviewing. They look for specific examples of past actions/behaviors as opposed to asking “What would you do if…” questions. Their interviewers are looking for “STARs” in your responses to their questions. STAR stands for: · Situation/Task – What was the situation or task in which you took action? · Action – What and how did you say or do in response to the situation or task? · Results – What was the outcome of your actions? As you can see, a STAR tells us a complete story – What the situation was, what you did, and what the result was. Questions during the interview will begin with phrases such as “Describe a situation …” or “Give me an example of …”. Your examples may be of your successes and/or failures.
