What is a difference between a list and array in Python?

There is no array in Python! It's not a part of standard library, which unfortunately the interviewer was not aware of. He meant Numpy Array, but he failed to specify that important detail.. after all there could be hundreds of objects called "Array" in all of Python's 3rd party libraries.
