I wrote out the HTML on the small whiteboard. let them take a picture then erased it. Then wrote the CSS, erased it then wrote out the JavaScript. It is tough since you need to reference each of these sometimes as you write out the other sections of the code. Also, hard while people are staring and also usually when I code, I have a little time to think out the structure.
