Pluspunten
Some of the people I worked with were nice utside of work. Most were less nice at work, because working here means you have to have an attitude. Location was pretty nice I guess, if that matters.
Minpunten
The Amsterdam office only has one thing going for it. The name. Everybody seem SO proud of being part of AKQA and have an attitude about them, especially senior management. During my time there I questioned what I was doing there the whole time and if it was worth my time (late nights, weekends etc). No good work ever came out from any of the teams. I wonder if they even reflect on this themselves, because wether you like awards or not... this office is getting NONE. ZERO recognition yet we were all worked like slaves because the CD or whoever thought they were on the right track. Which they obviously weren't since it was all garbage. I learned to work hard and fast, but other than that I regret wasting my time at this place so much. It's time I'll never get back and a big black hole in my portfolio.
