In my experience, the biggest issue was the lack of a meaningful feedback culture. While performance reviews exist, they often felt heavily influenced by favoritism rather than actual performance. In practice, it seemed that well-liked employees were given more leeway, while higher-performing teammates were not always recognized and often ended up carrying a heavier workload. This dynamic created tension and, at times, contributed to an environment that felt similar to high-school bullying. The overall pressure was consistently high. Compensation, in my view, was below industry standards for the level of expectation and intensity. As for the company’s public response to the negative review about the HR talent officer below, I would encourage readers to draw their own conclusions, it reflects more about the company’s culture than I could articulate here.
