Centrum Brussel, dus je moet er de verkeersellend bijnemen. Transparantie naar de werknemers vanuit het management kan/mag iets beter.

Pluspunten
- Since it's a governement owned company, you are very well insured & benefits are okay. (Although this was my first non-student job, so take that with a grain of salt) - Transition to Working-from-home during covid went fairly smoothly, as the infrastrucuture was in place & management had no issue with letting employees shift into a WFH-regiment.
Minpunten
- Lots of spreadsheetdecisions that seem nice on paper to management, but are often to the detriment of the employees actually doing the work. - My employement got terminated due to management not seeing a future for me at the company with my part-time contract in the role that i occupied. I got the notice of this termination 2 weeks before the renewal of my contract was due.
