This Company is a Sales Scam with Job Titles
Pluspunten
Some colleagues are genuinely nice (but they don’t last long).
Minpunten
• Every job here is just sales. No matter what title they give you—coordinator, manager, specialist—you are expected to sell. If you can’t, they’ll judge you harshly and make you feel inadequate. There’s no proper training, no real career growth—just constant pressure to perform. • Toxic micromanagement and mistrust. Management believes employees are lazy and untrustworthy, so they watch everything you do( this is why WFH is only ok for the 2 managers) Instead of offering support, they manipulate and blame. Zero respect for personal time. If you take sick leave, expect judgment. If you try to set boundaries, they’ll guilt-trip you. They expect full dedication without offering anything in return. • Turnover is sky-high. People leave constantly, but instead of reflecting on why, management calls them “not the right fit” and replaces them with fresh victims. • They exploit interns and visa-dependent employees. They specifically hire people who can’t afford to leave—interns are used as free labor, and visa holders are pressured to stay silent about the abuse. • They write their own fake reviews. Look closely at their one glowing 5-star review—it was written by the manager. When a company has to fake positive feedback to cover up a flood of bad reviews, that says everything you need to know.
