This is the most chaotic company I have ever seen. They expect military-like discipline and punctuality from workers, counting every single minute you take in pauses, breaks, and even the time it takes to pass through their security checks, as unpaid time. They also relocate you to warehouses in different cities when there is not enough work at the current one, and all the extra time you spend traveling is also unpaid. What they expect from you and what they give in return are worlds apart. Because what they give in return for your punctuality and discipline is pure chaos, unseriousness, and outright disrespect. They give you 32-hour contracts and then give you only 3 shifts a week (24 hours), constantly, but require you to be available at all times to be scheduled for more shifts. You cannot have a normal life outside of work, plan trips, or any other activities because you never know how your shifts for the next week is going to be until the end of the current one. And even when you get the shift planning they constantly make abrupt changes, giving you shifts and then taking them away days before they start, or even changing the hours on the same day. They put you on night shifts and then switch you to early shifts the next day. They are very strict with workers, you are always on thin ice, one or two missed work days away from being fired, as I have seen many people be fired for a few absences. This means their company is a revolving door of people coming in and going out all the time, since they don't make any effort to work with people through their problems, just kick them out at the first opportunity to do so. Because your shifts are inconsistent, the payments you get from them are also inconsistent. You can't have a reliable income with this company. The tasks you do day to day are not bad, but the shift planning is so terrible, it makes working for this company a nightmare. And any requests you make about shift planning get ignored almost always.
