Rigid hirarchicy. Manager are authoritarian. HR policies quiet weak. Doesn't support employe right in time of conflict with Managers. Micromanagment. Less to no opportunity for innovation or change. Highly technical work functionalities ( almost feels like you are doing a technical agricultural course).
