It's a hire and fire culture. They say they care about their people (and yes they do through nice benefits), but only offering a good lunch, lots of events, bootcamp, benefits budget etc doesn't mean you really care for your people. There are a couple of very toxic leaders in the company and nothing is done about it, there is no psychological safety, the last 6 months quite a fear culture has been fostered and there is a lack of transparency. This also resulted in quite a few burn-outs. When I started it was a very fun (yet chaotic) environment to be in, but over time they broke so many trust that this could not be restored again.
