Some people are good and fun. Office, lunch, and some other perks.

Minpunten

Not a place to work for those looking for job security and a healthy mind. your performance is not based on your work even if you do a lot of things you can't get any promotion or appreciation. It's all about showing off. If you do 1 thing and advertise it like you saved the world then you are good. Not a place for introvert engineers. They usually don't provide a permanent contract for 3 years which is legal limit and if even if you do well. If you are not in a management position then if stg happens you will be the victim.

1. Very energetic start-up culture. Bring your A-game and get rewarded 2. A huge landscape on Blockchain to explore. If you are new to cryptocurrency or eager to learn how things work in this vertical then its an all-you-can-eat buffet for you here. They also have an internal academy to teach you everything about blockchain 3. The leadership has a very clear vision and so will you. They plan ahead and know where they want to be in future. You just need to understand the vision and match the pace. 4. They value and appreciate their most important resource. Very frequent surveys and improvements are part of the culture 5. A very multicultural bunch and welcoming too 6. Very central office 7. Lastly everyone loves a good party here. Fridays will never be boring again

Minpunten

Not sure if this would be a negative for everyone but things can get demanding here. They are in a ramp up phase and you need to be matching the pace. If you are looking for a stable 9-5 then this might not be the best place for you.
