- there is a preference towards Dutch people and specifically men
- there is a preference towards new employees rather than 'promoting' existing ones
- some business decisions are a bit questionable when it comes to my morals
- sometimes the projects are very boring
- sometimes they expect perfection and it can lead to micromanagement (depends on who your 'lead' is)
- relatively small company so 'growing up' is not really easy
- not a lot of independence (most decisions need to be discussed with someone before they are acted upon)
