Working at Carhartt's EMEA office proved to be challenging. Senior management's inflexibility and resistance to feedback contributed to a less-than-ideal work environment. Promotions without corresponding salary increases (If you even get a promotion good luck with that) and a questionable commitment to the "family" concept left much to be desired.
What's more concerning is that several colleagues experienced burnout, indicating a potential issue with the overall work culture. Unfortunately, after resigning, there was no exit interview or opportunity to provide feedback, leaving a sense of disconnection.
The concerning practice of hiring juniors for senior positions, tasking them with developing their own strategies, without corresponding fair compensation, resulted in heightened stress among employees.
Overall, I would caution potential employees to consider these aspects before joining Carhartt.
