Terrible experience. The company is hiring at full steam with moderate/heavy expectations from the employees, but with poor respect and support in the daily routine. You'll most likely be promised a bright and flexible career, but will end up disappointed and frustrated, like most of the quality people who are leaving quite often. The tech team has some bright minds. The HR, which will promise you a great environment, and the management, which you don't actually meet, are an awful set of people. If you've heard 'toxic' as a term for the working environment - here you'll experience it. Super micro-management. Bad attitude. Short deadlines. Lack of care and support overall. Glad that ended that nightmare.
