+ I have the most senior colleagues I’ve ever worked with, and everybody is very passionate about their work while still being HUMBLE, which makes my life easy. Everybody is self-directed and collaborates well, we decide together what are the priorities + the scale of the work we do is incredible, very large multi-cloud, multi-location applications and we work future-proof + the work is interesting, we don’t write many yaml files, but we build more (e.g. k8s operators), make architecture design and documentation + the pay is good, one of the best comp on the market + work is hybrid, sometimes I want to see people at the office and we get to meet + very friendly and supportive team + no micro-management

- the process for selection was a bit tough, I had to prepare for about 2 weeks, take time off from work to be able to go over some stuff and finish the coding challenges - sometimes I have stay a bit longer to wrap up things I’m working on
