I joined Da Vinci Derivatives about a year ago, and I can honestly say it’s been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. From my very first day, I felt welcomed and heard. What really stands out here is the meritocratic culture. It doesn’t matter how long you’ve been with the company; if you have a strong idea that moves the needle, people listen. The collaboration between all the different department is also at a very high level. Everyone is valued equally, it doesn't matter whether you are a Trader, Quant or Dev, everyone works together towards solving some of the most complex puzzles with enormous drive. The compensation also reflects this—you’re rewarded based on your output. The senior leaders are also still very much hands-on. I regularly collaborate directly with our senior managers—whether it’s a strategic discussion, or just grabbing a coffee. That level of access keeps us aligned and ensures the best ideas rise to the top. The company feels like a startup, everything centers around innovation and fast growth. At the same time we are growing fast and becoming a successful player with a global footprint across all continents. It's an exciting moment to be part of this company!
