-technically hybrid working unless you got unlucky and your team is always in the office. -HR is silent. You can ask direct help on a problem, noone cares even if you have been subject to workplace discrimination there is nowhere to report -Inequal salary between men & women with same year of experience (20K difference based on conversations with colleagues) -Bonus point system varies from manager to manager some say its very diffucult to get a 2 while others give 2's to Jr level employees. -Have seen 3 reorganisations in the past 3 years. Constant instability. Does not matter if you are a vp or an jr. You may get cut any second. - Hiring & Travel Freeze 10 months of the year -The "level" system they created is only to downgrade other employeed. If you are Level 8 its impossible to get a Level 7 role because they use your level as an excuse. However when it comes to workload there is no "level", they will dump anything and everything. -Unfair conditions to interns, they are here to learn. Not to clean your excel sheets.
