Ennismore has their employees on the last place. A high turnover rate is preferred over training the current staff. When new properties het opened, opening budgets are not realistic, pressuring all staff members to the extreme. The funding companies behind these hotels treat the employees and management without any respect: from top to bottom it’s all about making as much money as possible. Examples: employees that are sick are still required to come to work, as there is not sufficient staff to fill in gaps, employee food are often left overs left uncooled for hours before given to staff, No job related training, fire safety and security is one of the last priorities, creating risk for guest and colleagues. Employees are required to work rotating shifts (mornings, evenings, nights) without proper resting times in between
