Where do I start. I will list out a few of the major ones. 1) The CEO Kaushik Mudda is a narcissistic, short sighted, egotistic individual who has little to contribute in terms of the company's work . The CTO is a breath of fresh air but he's got his own eccentricities . 2) He(CEO) fires and hires people on his whim with no real strategy in mind. His 'master plan' is to hire young graduates who are otherwise unemployed and pay them peanuts while making them work harrowing hours. I've personally done a record stint of 32 hours at the office. 3) The CEO expects the work equivalent of 10 people to be done by one individual with no prior experience. 4) Micromanagement is a whole another world in itself. 5) Somebody teach that boy (CEO) how to smoke. He makes really disturbing noises while smoking. 6) The company is not really doing anything innovative, its mostly just ripping off work done by other 3D printing manufacturers and making it slightly different . 8) There is absolutely no focus on quality of the product. 9) Also , Saturdays are working days and sometimes Sundays too.
