Thank you for your 5 star review! We are happy to read that you enjoyed working at Eurail.com and that you were able to develop during your time here. That’s what we aim for. We agree that the political nature of the European rail pass products we sell is not the simplest, and that can bring challenges. However we are really eager to move things forward in order to offer our customers the best travel experience ever. You are right, personal targets should not be more important than team targets. As we implemented new quarterly targets just a couple of months ago, we will keep on monitoring this and gather feedback from colleagues. We might sometimes be a little over-ambitious but hope that the bigger we dream, the more impressive the outcomes will be.
