Very disappointing experience working as an operator at Europastry. The job posting mentioned more complex and varied tasks, but in reality you spend the entire day standing at the production line doing the same repetitive work. The actual job does not match the description at all. On top of that, the payslips often contain mistakes, which means you constantly have to chase corrections yourself. This does not inspire confidence in the company. What makes it even worse is how they handle sickness. When you call in sick, HR does not take you seriously at all. They immediately call you to ask why you are sick, as if you have to justify yourself. It feels more like surveillance than support. Overall, Europastry is a workplace that is not transparent, not professional, and not people‑oriented. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and respectful employer.
