Worst job choice I ever made and most toxic company. It is the opposite of their job openings. From the outside it looks good, but inside it's chaos. People blame each other for bad work, and everyone complains about their managers, but in front of them they act like angels and top fans. There is an exodus of employees, they all leave the company. That's the only time when you can change your position, and they call it promotion because there are left without people. Another way to be "promoted" it's to be the big boss's favorite, and not necessarily in a professional way. I heard so many stories about how some people got promoted in only few months, during "business" trips. Behind their back, everyone makes fun. So you can only imagine what team you join. Chose well, not like me! I could not agree more with every negative review that was written before. The rest is probably HR begging people to say a good word.
